President's Message |

|
Well, it looks like the weather has finally turned nice for a bit. I hope everyone has had the opportunity to get out and do some flying. We have our regular meeting at the field on 8th and we are invited guests to the NH Flying Tiger's club on the 12th. I'm hoping we can all get a chance to have some interclub fun and flying, so if you can make it to the Tiger's club on the 12th that would be great. Remember that we are invited guests and to check out their flying site rules before flying. On August 2nd, we are hosting the Tiger's club to our field. Last month we introduced the first multi-month raffle for a Dremel disk/belt sander. Since we were unable to sell tickets at last month's meeting, I'm going suggest that we extend the raffle to the July meeting to give folks a chance to buy raffle tickets. Remember to buy early and buy often. -- John Marien |

June Meeting Minutes! |

|
SNHRCC MEETING June 10th, 2003 Wagner Field, Hudson, NH Officers in attendance: John Marien, John Hayes and Kip Bean. Secretary and Treasurer's reports were read and accepted. Old Business: Bob Johnson and Chuck Keller have been doing most of the mowing so far. Ray asked about leaving $20 in the shed to cover the fuel costs for those who come out to mow, rather than try to remember where the receipt is a month later. This was voted on and passed. July 12th is SNHRCC day at the Flying Tigers in Derry. Aug 2th is Flying Tigers day at Wagner Field in Hudson. Aug 2nd we will return the favor and have the Tigers join us at Wagner Field. John Marien described the raffle. We will be doing a two-month raffle for larger raffle items. The first will be a Delta belt/disk sander. Unfortunately at the last meeting there were no tickets, the first sales will be at the July meeting. -- John Hayes |

| R/C Flying in the Phillipines | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| John Hayes recently spent some work time in the Phillipines. Here's a couple of pictures from Alabang, Philippines, yes they do fly R/C right in the middle of a hotel and residential area. The pictures also show the required "plane eating trees". No field should be without them. The distant skyline is Manila.
